Maalhos Councilors gift eggs to every household

Councilors of Baa atoll Maalhos island have presented a tray of eggs to each household in the community.
Council President Abdullah Shujau said that a tray consisting of 30 eggs was given to every home as a token of assistance by the Councilors to the citizens.
Last year, the Councilors gifted 15 oranges to every house.

“This is something the current Council embarked on last year. Last year we distributed oranges. This time a tray of eggs for each household. This undertaking is joined by all Councilors,” Shujau said.
There are 5 Councilors in Maalhos which has a population of 675 people.
