FEYLI contributes patient bed to Baa Atoll Hospital


A patient bed has been donated to Baa Atoll Hospital by Baa atoll capital Eydhafushi’s non-governmental organization FEYLI.

At a ceremony today, the bed was handed over to the hospital’s Director Ahmed Waheed by FEYLI’s founder member Abdul Razzaag Mohamed.

FEYLI said that the contribution is part of the NGO’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) program.

Speaking at the ceremony, Waheed said that the bed was a timely contribution by FEYLI.

He said that other NGOs’ contributions would also help in the progress of the hospital, and called on other NGOs to follow in FEYLI’s footsteps.

FEYLI has been contributing to Eydhafushi’s development in many ways. It includes the building of Bahiyya Preschool and assisting in the digitalization of the school’s education system.

FEYLI has also conducted courses in technical training.

    Once upon a time I worked in Baa Atoll Hospital,I am happy to know that both Govt. & NGOs are trying to improve their hospitals.
